Labor Day was only nine days ago (who’s counting?), but Kim Kardashian is already breaking the holiday’s oft-cited fashion rule.
Although we’re still a few weeks out from Paris Fashion Week, Kardashian skipped straight ahead to the City of Light for Celine Dion’s concert. Today, meeting with Christian Louboutin, she brushed off the old adage that you shouldn’t wear white after Labor Day. Instead, she fully committed to her fashion rule-breaker status in a figure-hugging white halter dress with a plunging scoop neckline and a knotted strap.
While the dress could have fit right into The Odyssey press tour, Kardashian made the look her own, pairing the simple, sexy dress with a white cropped leather bomber jacket, a pair of pointy snakeskin Louboutin pumps, and oversized shield shades.
This isn’t the only fashion risk Kardashian has taken in the past 24 hours. Last night, for a date night at the Paris hotspot Ferdi with Lewis Hamilton, Kardashian opted for a boudoir-ready take on naked dressing. She donned a skin-tight black dress with sheer lace cups.
No matter if she’s in a naked dress or wearing white after Labor Day, Kim Kardashian is always pushing the fashion envelope.
