What W and L Actually Mean

- Waist: measure where the jeans actually sit — low-rise sits on the hips, not the natural waist.
- Inseam: measure a pair that fits well from crotch seam straight down to the hem.
- Denim with elastane can go one W down; 100% cotton rigid denim often needs one W up and will mould to you.
