The Japanese shoe brand transformed one of its most notable shoe makes into a stylish serpentine by way of a snakeskin-inspired upper and camouflaged Tiger Stripes that blend seamlessly into the rest of the sneaker.
This is quite the contrast to the bold Tiger Stripes found on classic Mexico 66 colorways. Onitsuka Tiger is at its best when it's blending in and standing out.
Aside from that, the Mexico 66 Square sneaker also wears a cow leather upper that's a bit more polished than its suede-rich predecessors. Similarly, the shoe also wears a slightly squared toe, which gives a bit of retro flair to the shoe that is still effortlessly of the times.
