Following stops in New York, London, Paris, and on the backlot of Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, Vogue World 2026 headed to Milan—making history inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which hosted a runway show beneath its soaring glass domes for the very first time. At its heart, the evening was an open love letter to Made in Italy, celebrating both generational craftsmanship and the human hand behind the clothes.
Naturally, Vittoria Ceretti took center stage. Hot on the heels of Gigi Hadid’s Valentino Haute Couture opener, the Italian supermodel swept onto the runway in an equally showstopping look from the house’s archives—plucked straight from the Pierpaolo Piccioli era.
Dating back to Piccioli’s fall 2018 couture collection, the gown was a masterclass in atelier technique: cut from a midnight blue wool gauze brocade that shifted between ink black and periwinkle as it caught the light, intricately inlaid with rhinestones, sequins, and pearls, and dipping into a low back framed by regal embroidery. A sculptural headpiece echoed the dress’s dimensional floral motifs, while a suite of Bvlgari High Jewelry provided the final decadent touch—most notably an 18-karat yellow gold Serpenti necklace anchored by a pear-shaped rubellite, paired with rose gold and tourmaline Divas’ Dream earrings.

Later, Ceretti returned to close the night in custom Prada, courtesy of Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons. Reinterpreting Look 49 from the house’s fall 2026 collection, the designers layered an ethereal, floral-embroidered cigaline slip dress over a satin skirt and a lived-in poplin top. Styled with cotton knee-highs and distressed, talc-hued pumps, the ensemble was a reflection of Prada’s enduring philosophy as an exploration of modern womanhood.
